STEPS:
- 10 TIMES very fast IN (and let go)
- DEEP IN
- LONG OUT (as if you breath out through a straw)
- DEEP IN
- HOLD (with air in the lungs) as long as it feels good. Bring your attention to your gravity point (Elixer point)
- Repeat these steps 5 times
