SHIFT BREATHING ® by B-Mind

Some details of this breathing:
– Retention after inhalation – faster suppression of cytokines, also pain reduction
– Rebalancing or your stress system – quick shifting between orthosympatisch/parasympathetic
– More gently for you adrenal glands then some other techniques

STEPS:

  1. 10 TIMES very fast IN (and let go)
  2. DEEP IN
  3. LONG OUT (as if you breath out through a straw)
  4. DEEP IN
  5. HOLD (with air in the lungs) as long as it feels good. Bring your attention to your gravity point (Elixer point)
  6. Repeat these steps 5 times
